All Sales Final:
All sales made through My Gaming Account are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or buyer’s regret.

Refunds Eligibility:
Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

  2. The delivered item is not functioning or does not match the description provided in the listing.

My Gaming Account Guarantee:
Buyers are covered under the My Gaming Account Guarantee for the above refund eligibility criteria.

Confirmation of Receipt:
Buyers must report issue within 48 hours of delivery if the order is not matches the product listing and is not in working condition. If no issues are reported within 72 hours of delivery, the buyer is considered to have accepted the purchased goods or services.

Refunds Exclusions:
Refunds will not be provided for the following reasons:

  1. Buyer’s regret.
  2. Resale of purchased items elsewhere.
  3. Mishandling of accounts or items after transfer of ownership.
  4. Contacting game authorities (e.g., Riot, Epic Games) without prior consultation with My Gaming Account Support.
  5. Disputes or claims made outside of My Gaming Account’s platform, such as those conducted via Discord.
  6. Fraudulent claims or chargebacks filed after receiving purchased items or completing transactions.

Dispute Resolution:
If an issue arises with a transaction, buyers should open a dispute while the transaction is ongoing. For issues that arise after completing the transaction, buyers should contact My Gaming Account Support before initiating a chargeback through their payment processor.

Account Suspension:
Engaging in fraudulent activities, including filing chargebacks after receiving purchased items, may result in consequences, including potential account suspension.
